Sorry I misunderstood that you wanted me to move the entire sims 4 folder,
it does not seem to crash if I move the entire folder, is that a good thing?
What does it mean and what do I do now?
The game does need to be forced to quit, it doesn't exit by itself,
but I believe it is a known issue with macbook and MacOS Ventura.

It means the issue is most probably your Mods, maybe your saves. You need to do this now you've moved the Sims 4 folder https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M163
Yes, the Force Quit issue is a known problem on Intel Macs running Ventura however it is completely unrelated to your problem.
