Vacuum cleaner missing

I understand the vacuum cleaner is with Cats & Dogs? I have that EP, and my Sim keeps wanting to vacuum, but when I type in "vacuum" in the search bar on Build/Buy mode, nothing shows up. There is a roomba one, but it doesn't fulfil the want, so... what is happening?
