Vampire Mods

I would really like to purchase the Vampire expansion pack for the content but would like to disable Vampires in the game. Is there a way or a Mod that will disable Vampires? If not is there a way to ...

Vampires don’t visit my Sims, even though I want them to. And you can just plant garlic to keep them away.
