Vampire Sims Not Drinking Blood

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island Living, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Get Together, Get to Work, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, and Toddler Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a vampire Sim perform any of the following interactions: compel for small drink, compel for deep drink, and ask for small drink
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sim changes into their dark form, the interaction disappears from the action list, and my Sim will either stay in their dark form or transform right back.
What do you expect to see? My Vampire Sim should turn into their dark form and then drink the other Sim’s blood in whichever manner was selected
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This issue occurred directly after the most recent (May 13th) patch
My vampire Sims can’t drink blood from other Sims. They can drink plasma packs, so it’s not game ruining, but it is a big issue for vampire Sims.
