Vampire Sims/Family Missing

I've tried with no luck, they're still missing even from days ago. I appreciate the effort!
@LlonessRampant Does it help to evict the household and place them back in their house, or a different one?
Other than that, are you willing to use a mod to try to fix this? I don't know for sure that it would help, but there are certainly ways to experiment.
No, moving them doesn't help - even if the photo/household shows all of them when I go into play (no matter where) they're missing still, I even tried different neighborhoods with no luck.
I would try mods if it's easy to figure out. What might work?

Do you have other vamps in your save game and they are fine or did all of them disappear ?I believe all of them are missing, I haven't checked every single family yet but the other family (across the street) is missing their vamps as well
