Vampires and mermaids dont have the option to woohoo or tfb pls help!!!

Hey so a few days ago the option for woohoo or tfb stopped appearing for vampires and mermaids. Both the couples have max in romance and friendship and the girl have the setting for getting preg and the guy have the setting for making others preg. I removed all my mods from my game but woohoo or tfb is still not showing up. I've repaired my game and removed cache files but still nothing. Please help!!! ☹️
