Vampires "Disable always move as Bat" doesn't work.

Same issue. Even disabling the move as bat thing doesn't work, it reverts when you change households. I'm on PS4 so no mods or CC or anything. Just another bug. Sigh.

I have the same problem, exactly like you said. In my vampire family, one of them died and I kept him as a ghost, he's a ghost-vampire, it works on him instead.

Since vampires are one of my two favourite life states, I have a lot of vampires from multiple houses who all had the move as bat power. Having them all meet and transforming all over the place was far too annoying so I removed the power on every single one of my vampires, always use an umbrella outside,  and avoid meeting during the day so none of my uncontrolled vampires die in the sun. 

It's a shame the power works the way it does. 

My sim isn't even a vampire anymore and still moves around as a bat!! -_-

Another thing that makes this so annoying is that the vampiric speed power has pretty kuch the same mechanics except it actually works sensibly. Like Lilith and Caleb Vatorr have it and when I invite them over, the only time they use their vampiric speed is when they're travelling large distances. Like from the house to the point of the world where the game considers an end point to the current location. But otherwise they just wander around normally. So its frustrating that move as bat doesn't work the same.
