Vampires enter even with disallow vampires on

Hello, I just updated to 1.65.70.1020 and immediately after doing so Vampires were once again just strolling in uninvited, even after I re-chose disallow vampires at the door.

    I've been having the same problem before the update.  The whole disallow function doesn't work.
