Vampires pack issue?

I've been trying to get my sim to 'compel for a deep drink' and my sim no matter what rank of vampire, no matter day or night and no matter if outside or inside. WILL NOT deep drink. they will only ever compel for a small drink.

I do have mods but Im certain when I first played this game, I was able to deep drink with ease.

@_crackhead882 Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
