waitress wont serve food after reseting them

sometimes my waitress wont move so i reset her but after i do this she wont serve food i think this is a  glitch i fired one waitress after reciving avice on facebook but i fergot to menchen that it only happens when i have to reset the waitress thats my bad and now the same thing is happening to my new waitress im here to report this problem
