Walls and floor wont cutaway.

I have a lot of mods in the game.  With the last patch, I had to download and install many of the mods that needed to be.  I go into the game and now the buttons for Up and Down a level as well as the wall cutaway are not working.  The cutaway button will click and cycle through the three different views, but the walls will not "disappear".  I have also tried the up and down a level button and you can click it once and then it will not work for a couple of minutes and it doesn't seem to do anything at all.  I have tried both options in Sims 4 and Sims 3 camera modes and doesn't work for either.  Anybody have any suggestions as to what is wrong and how I can fix it??
