Weenie Roast

I threw 3 of them back to back and out of all 3, my sim cooked 1 hot dog, 1 marshmallow, did not tell a single story, did not add a single log (the interaction is not even there TO add a log), did not hang out for 3 hours by the fire (maybe because it wouldn't stay lit and she could not add logs to it to keep it lit), ate the hot dog and marshmallow but not any other foods, and how do you philosophize about life? Nothing I said to anyone counted. That is after I chased them all over creation because groups in The Sims 4 won't actually group up. The house party, birthday party, and wedding seem to work fine but the others are horrendously bugged.  No one will do what you tell them to do or they wander off before the other quests get to the spot.

I feel that the Behr sisters are arguably the best family in The Sims 4 and poor Candy has a bugged life of perpetual party failure. It's like the poor girl is stuck in a nightmare movie that is only missing Mrs Crumplebottom nagging at her and  the tragic clown ruining what little of her life functions. Maybe she should just settle down with her guitar and piano and lead a reclusive life of party abstinence?

I finally broke down and searched out guide so maybe I can get life back on the party track instead of a broken party treadmill.
