weird cc

Hi, A few weeks ago I downloaded come cc and mods and I havn't had any problems with it. Until a few weeks ago when I looked at the list of cc that pops up when you open The Sims 4 and i saw some things that I never downloaded. Here are some examples: Strings_RUS_RU, Strings_SPA_ES, Strings_NOR_NO. I have these things for 18 different countries. I don't know what this is because I never downloaded any cc with these kind of names and it just randomly came into the list of my cc. I feel like this is the reason for my bug, because when the problems i mentioned in my first post on here started to happen, these weird names also poped up in my cc. I can't delete it because the cc with these names are not in the folder on my laptop with the normal cc.
