Weird message - now I can’t access any lots

Yesterday I was playing the sims 4. Later I was going to the movies but I left the game on as I usually do. However when I came home I saw that there was a message covering the screen. I don’t remember what it said, but it was something about a file (?) and it was asking me to click the OK button. There were words in both Swedish and English. I did click OK, however a new message popped up saying the the last message was referring to a memory or something that was lost now. It asked me to click OK again, however when I did that the screen turned black for a couple of seconds before returning. I was spooked and worried that someone was trying to mess with my computer, so I turned it off on the computer button (the “wrong way” to turn it off) and went to bed. However, when I woke up I realized that my computer hadn’t actually turned off so I clicked on the button again and ended up at the screen where you type your password. The message was still there, but here I could turn of the computer the “right way” by clicking on “turn off” on the screen (I could move my mouse even though the message was there). A while afterwards I tried to turn on the computer again and the message was gone. I tried to open Sims again and it started as usual. So I went to school thinking everything was fine, however, I realized now that the game wouldn’t let me play with my sims. Everything would load but the actual gameplay. The game just closed everytime I tried to play.

I have over 10 generations of sims in my world and I own almost every pack.

Please help me.
