Weird textures on windows and TVs

Good afternoon, I have a problem with windows, televisions and some doors. The texture looks weird as if it is an embedded image. I have been having this problem for quite some time now and have been ignoring it. I have the graphics set to high, does anyone know why and a solution for it?

Thanks in advance

  • @Naturark  If you have any mods or custom content installed, please remove it all for testing purposes.  You don't need to save your progress.

If that doesn't help, please enable uncompressed textures and disable post-processing, both in the lower-right corner of the graphics options page.  Restart your game after changing the settings and before loading your save, still with no mods or cc present.

If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I removed all the CC and it looks normal, so I need to find which CC or mod it's causing this...
