weird

i havent played sims 4 in a while bc of my exams. i knew i had to do the update and all my cc mods need to be checked. i did that and i went on the game to create a new sim. i like to have my sims basically bald. when i removed their eyebrows i noticed that some basic brown brows were still there like the sim was actually wearing an skin overlay. i cant even change the skin tone on my sims because of that. any help?
