Werewolf form invisible In-Game (just teeth showing)

 

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time I open the sims or disable cc (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expanisons except get together and eco lifestyle. Gamepacks: Parenthood, Realm of Magic, Spa Day, Vampires and Werewolves.  StuffPacks: Laundry Day Stuff. 
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sim transform into a werewolf for the first time and werewolf form disappears only showing the teeth/gums and transform freely on command and the werewolf form still turns invisible only leaving the gums/teeth exposed. 
What happens when the bug occurs? Werewolf form is invisible, but the gums/teeth are still visible. 
What do you expect to see? Their werewolf form. 
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, disabled them to see if the werewolf would appear, but it did not. 
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? unsure/ just bought the werewolves yesterday, and have not made changes to my system. 
Please describe the patch or change you made.  Repaired the sims through origin, and  moved all CC and Mods to a different folder to see if the issue was caused by mods/cc.

I just bought the game yesterday, and the glitch was happening since I bought it. (the werewolf form is invisible in-game and leaves only the gums/teeth exposed/shown.)  I disabled mods and the scripts to see if it would do anything, it did not work. Moved my mods  and cc to a different folder to see if any mods / cc was the issue, again, the werewolf was still invisible and the teeth/gums were still exposed. repaired my game, still invisible and teeth/gums still visible.  Basically, when my sim turned into a werewolf for the first time and went into rampage mode, the werewolf form was invisible and only the teeth/gums could be seen,  and now she can control when she transforms, and when she does choose to transform, the werewolf form is still invisible and the gums are still exposed/ shown only.

    @pduvpp1u7l1k Delete everything and just re-download.

    If that fails, please move the entire mods folder to the desktop (if you have put them back) and delete the localthumbcache file.

    I believe i did, I checked the sims delivery and confirmed I had downloaded the newest/latest version of the sims' delivery.

    @pduvpp1u7l1k Can you go do the content folder in your documents and delete the content. Then start the game again and redownload the SDX.

    Are they also invisible when you create one in CAS ?

    At First they were, yes, but then they appeared in Cas but when I went out of Cas and into gameplay, the werewolf form was still invisible with only the teeth visible.  
    Also, i'm inside the content folder, there's  content.ml.pc.8.0.1 and the other one is the same one but with 8.0.2 then there's retail.pc. 
    Do i delete all three or just the 8.01 and 8.0.2?

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Werewolves not loading in world, show up just teeth. Also appears in CAS.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Werewolves are invisible, nothing loads except teeth.
    What do you expect to see? The Sim werewolf form to actually show up.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    Tried every solution listed here and on Reddit.

    Just looking for any others still experiencing issue after update and how they found a workaround for bug.

    Pack is pretty unplayable with this problem for me.

    Edit: Updated to include rest of info. Had filled it out when submitted but must've refreshed and not realized. 

    I've deleted all the cache files multiple times, moved mods completely out and checked for SDX updates, says I'm up to date. 

    Even uninstalled and reinstalled game and game content packs.

    @OMGNikkiG Just teeth is probably different from the SDX. The SDX one were completely invisible. There was someone with that issue and that was a cc issue at the time.

    Did you try renaming your user folder ? Did you delete the localthumbcache after removing mods ?
