werewolf sims bug?

My werewolf sims have this weird color stick on her head and i can't take it off or overpaint it.

 It seems like a mod/cc problem but there is no hat option for wolf form and i don't wear any hats for her human form either.

Does anyone have this problem and figure out how to fix it?
