To start with @Dysipl I would recommend removing any mods or custom content you have running and then try the game again to see if you have the same issue.

I don't know how to remove mods and cc, can you tell me how please?

Open your Sims folder @Dysipl and find the mods/CC folder. Move that to your desktop and then load the game up again.
