What glitch is this sims 4

Do you use CC clothing?  The first one with the missing hand is probably a piece of CC (wrist or ring).    I see that sometimes on older CC clothing items where a mesh isn't included or something else broke with it.   The 2nd one I've never seen one that messed up before, any CC clothing on that one?   Usually when it screws up the entire SIM like that it's loaded with black paint and questionmarks on the SIM.
