The problem started appearing yesterday (09.08.2019) and this error is shown only if loading ONE family in ONE save file BUT other saves and families are loading normally, without any errors.Already tried:loading the game WITHOUT MODSREPAIRING the game in originCLEANING cache (deleted localthumbnalecache)giving my save file to ANOTHER person to check it (the same error appears if loading THIS "problematic" family)FACTORY RESET of the gameThe most weird thing is all new-created and other old saves are okay, and loading other families in this particular save is also okay, but the family I play is not loading (it begins loading and then Im back on choosing-the-world-screen with an error)Maybe someone already had this problem or knows how to solve this error?

@yegull So I looked at your save and I can duplicate your error. I can't load either of the two lots in the neighborhood.Judging from the Exception I got, my guess is it's caused by that plate that stuck outside the lot. Unfortunately there seems no way to get rid of it.Questions: 1. Have you used any custom food objects ?2. Do you maybe have a backup you could revert to from before you got the error ? I don't have any other suggestions.You can move the family to another neighborhood and play there but that hood seems to be lost on the current save. So thanks to @TwistedMexi we figured out a solution for you. Please try the following steps If you don't already have TwistedMexis allcheats mod, head over to his site and download (google will help you) Put the mod in your game and start your save Load the faulty lot in BUILD mode from the map Open the cheat console and type: Testingcheats true Press Enter Type: objects.destroy 0x06170be8c1e61136 Press Enter That should get rid of the plate and you can play the lot again.

UPDATE: I think I've managed to fix it, what I did waswent to manage worlds > manage household > transfer sims between households then put them into an already existing household (doing this meant the furniture on the existing lot got sold) loaded up the new, merged household and got rid of any plates in the sims inventorywent back to manage worlds and put the sims back into their own householdmoved them back into the old lot (minus the furniture!)bulldozed the lot and terrain imported the house from the gallery back onto the lot and cleaned up any platesand now everything works fine, to fix the vet clinic I bought I did the following, I think the vet clinic got sold and furniture from it removed when I moved the household into another so I repurchased the vet clinic using the adult sim in the household and bought the lot unfurnished which seems to have fixed the issue but time will tell I guess!I'm not too sure what the issue was exactly because the vet clinic was a fresh, empty lot and I got this error so I don't think it's to do with the plates but there was no furniture on the lot so don't think it was anything to do with the furniture eitherI also used a mod that added a command to my game to sell my household inventory and did that which may have helped, but can't remember when I did that

@MistijaSo, unfortunately, it looks like this save is bugged. After moving them to another lot, you can save them to the library and start a new game with them. Their careers and purchased traits will remain. They will lose money and friends.

It can be related to outdated cc/mods you have

If you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder - important!
Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library -right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder. Check if a game is working now without mods.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one) You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version

@kreatora Thank you for your answer but I've already tried all of this. After your advice I've tried the factory reset and it's still the same error. ☹️

It looks like the game has deleted your sims files. Are they in the family management panel? If they are, move them to another empty lot using this panel and see if you can open this lot

Yes, the family is in management panel and I've already tried to move them. And it worked out, so I've saved the game BUT after restarting the game and loading this save again - I've seen the same error 🤔

If you're running The Sims 4 on Windows 10 64bit. Check and see if your (ransomware protection) is on. If so, you'll have to go into it and click on (Action) then click on (Allow on Device).

This error code keeps appearing every time I try to load a household on Sims 4.
Playing on origin for MAC, both Origin and game are up to date. Mods are up to date. Have restarted the game several times and the same error.
