- @Viiictooria_ Have you been using custom food in your game that you removed ? Does it happen on every lot or just a specific one ?
i'm also having the same issue, i'm trying to buy a vet clinic for my sim in willow creek and no matter which lot i select i have this error ☹️ seems to have come with the latest update
build mode works, but live mode doesn't

i did yes, there aren’t any, the lots are completely empty
Just to add the solution works perfectly for me as well, a million thank yous!! Fortunately with these similar steps I was able to keep everything as it was and not lose anything-
1. Remove your more servings mods
2. Load game. On the world screen move out the bugged family and merge with another family (and SELL furniture. It will stay in the house)
3. Play with newly merged family and drag and remove all plates from household inventory and sim inventories
4. Back to world screen and then split the family back into your old family and move them back into the old lot
5. Should work as normal now!
