What mod is causing this bug? (Green/White Glitched UI)

I keep having this issue too and can't find out which mod it is. I thought it was UI extension but I've deleted that and I'm still having this problem.

    @shaunaw44 Use the list pinned in the forum. Make sure to also delete the file called localthumbcache every time you remove or replace a Mods folder file. If you still have the issue, you can do a 50-50 test of your folder.
