Ravasheen's potty pads - I think they're mainly used by people whose sims have dogs in apartments, but I use them because my sims just have so many dogs(7), having the dogs use the potty pads is more convenient than letting them outside even in a mansion XD

Plenty of other mods too, but I think most of the rest was already mentioned.
