I love this oldie but goodie. No instant upgrade delay. If you have the Handy trait from completing the Nerd brain aspiration then you can instantly upgrade items. However there is usually a 24 hour cool down period, this mod removes that, so you can instantly upgrade your whole house full of items in one sim day. The upgrades are quick and requires no upgrade parts ;)
