when aging infants up cas breaks

my game works perfectly fine but once my sim gives birth to a baby and i go to age the baby up into an infant my cas breaks, does anyone know why? i know about the 50/50 method but id prefer to see if anyone knows of any mods that do this before i do that. i have thousands of mods, i can include a photo below of what cas looks like!! ive had this happen in multiple households but if i would recover an older version of that household my game would be okay, im not sure if its a mod or what causing this. its just like that shown in picture and no matter how long i wait it doesnt load and it also doesnt let me switch sims and if i leave cas its just stuck on loading screen until i force close my game.
