It's unfortunately still happening. It may be something to do with the sim itself at this stage. I've tried them in a new save file, I just tried another clean save file with completely new sims and two infants with the same trait as my other one but the glitch hasn't happened at all. ☹️
I've also just tried with the same household in a new save file, I added a new infant using their genetics and the outfit change thing wasn't happening to the new infant until I attempted to change the first infant's outfit, then that broke the other one too. ☹️
@Faerilia Many mods that weren't broken earlier this week are broken now. That will include many mods that haven't yet been reported broken or cleared. Right now, I'd advise removing anything other than CAS catalogue CC and non-interactable objects that's not listed as cleared or updated here: Broken/Updated Mods & CC Then see if that works. It does sound like you had some outdated or wrongly installed mods, possibly, too.
