When I build my game is stuck and I can’t leave

for context I haven’t played my game in pretty much a week bcuz I’m busy, but when I come back I build a house for my sim so my build, create a sim and manage worlds is working fine. The only annoying this it’s a long load but that’s normal for me. Anyways I go into live mode my computer won’t let me do anything and I’m so confused I have everything installed, I also have mods most clothes but also , UI cheats and my cmd center
