hi EA I have had some problems with my game in the last few days so I was in the process of putting CC in my files (mod) also when I open play after one has loading it shows a black screen which I have never experienced before and when I delete my CC the play is normal and that I have a menu screen so I don't know what is the problem because my sim's settings are set to CC as normal ( sorry for my bad english)
It has been the same for me since the new update. I don’t have any mod installed but i do have CC. I’ve been trying to figure out which one/s is/are causing the error by deleting the ones that i don’t use but it keeps happening all the time
@ohmyglomsart @nyanmainlly2 Yours are the first reports I've seen of a black screen caused by CC. Instructions for 50-50 testing are in How to Use Mods and CC . You can also check for known issues in Broken/Updated Mods & CC , including previously broken, just in case. Not everything there lists how it's broken.
this is also happening to me and none of these forums are helping
islasi If the current Broken/Updated Mods & CC list doesn't help you solve this, you'll need to do 50-50 testing to narrow down your broken mod.
