when i try to load a new game the white screen loads forever

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know i have downloded a lot of mods
What happens when the bug occurs? its just a white screen
What do you expect to see? a new charecter

- @kkstudioz Remove all mods, delete "localthumbcache.package" and try again without mods and without CC.
