When I try to open custom content clothes it only shows locked items.

@noelrosess Some CC files are "recolors" of other items-- meaning they'll add swatches to something you already have in your game. If you don't have the original item (ie if it's from a pack you do not own) then the CC will not show up in your game. Are you certain that the files you have downloaded are not recolors?
