    Thank you for your help.

    I've been able to solve the issue - it was the one mod I'd missed in my updates! (It's a couple of the Aspiration mods from KiaraSims4Mods, which was fascinating: it doesn't actually directly impact the Reward Store in-game.)

I understand this might already be solved for this particular player, but maybe someone else will google this question and it will lead them here (just like me :D ).

I noticed that Kiara mods were not an issue for me, though Tyjokr Character Values Overhaul mod had additional files that caused this issue (BlockRewardsAddOn). Removed these files and now it works.
