@aodoherty That's a sentiment moodlet. It comes from having a positive sentiment with a sim that was nearby.
Edit: Sentiments are part of the base game.
It is not a single moodlet that does it. If you hover over the moodlet you can see its description in the tooltip. As you can see you have a lot of moodlets that add to playful which becomes very playful and in the end hysteria. Watch out for this accumulation and do things that counteracts it such as talking to a mirror or taking a cold shower. In the image you have two good moodlets that amplifies playful (good food and good conversation). You have playful from playing with a dog and I think the one you ask about is from playing with a child plus you have four other playful moodlets. No wonder it turned into hysteria.
@jpkarlsenI don't own a dog. That moodlet was waggawagga moodlet when the sims share any jokes. I don't have any child and dog in my household. Of course I have Cats and Dogs installed in my game, but I rarely go to Brindleton bay. The good food has to be Happy moodlet I think. If there was no those 2 playful moodlets, then the good food moodlet won't be connected to be playful. So I want to know which pack includes that moodlet in the white box. I would like to inactivate the pack. He didn't used to be like this while he was with his rich parents. The parents pack was not installed in that time. I know how to remove that playful moodlet, but there's few time to manage sims one by one with a big family.
my point is that my sims started getting the moodlet in the white box recently. I don't know when it was added in the game. It has been only a couple of months since I got back to The Sims 4.But it looks like from sentiment..
