Hi! If it's Maxis Match hair you could try running the Sims 4 Studio batch fix and see if that helps. You will need to register to download Sims 4 Studio but, membership is free. Once you have installed and opened the program choose "Content Management" at the top of the page, then "Batch Fixes", "CAS", "Fix Cats & Dogs Patch Glass Hair", and "run"
For Alpha hair, turn off Laptop mode and lower your graphics settings.
