white screen instead of travelling to Batuu

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs, every game pack beside StrangerVille, stuff packs: nifty nitting, tiny living, Moschino, my first pet stuff, Laundry Day, Toddler, bowling, vintage Glamour, Backyard, spooky Stuff and Perfect Patio and the holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? trying to travel to Batuu
What happens when the bug occurs? the other vacations work. when I click on Batuu the it turns white and just the title with the name and the funds stay and the sim on the left. I can go back from there to the live game but never travel to Batuu screenshots don't work on that screen, so i can't show you
What do you expect to see? the Batuu map

of course there are bugs on release but  having this one while streaming is not so funny. hope I can enjoy this pack with my community soon
