White sim in the resume option in main menu and can't play my saves.

There is this white sim in the resume button in my main menu, and when I press it loads to the pick the season. It also has a pop up saying: This game failed to save. Exit to the main menu. My mods a...

@xXMayaKXx That's not plenty of space but shouldn't cause error 22. Could be Norton blocking your user folder. I'm not familiar with norton but check if it blocked Sims.

    @crinrict Well my Norton subscription is expired but it didn't effect my sims game before the update so probably not that. Do you know any other way the error 22 could be happening?

      @xXMayaKXx Error 22 is usually a permission or space error but there could be other reasons.

      Do you also have a lastException ?
