@yayriri Hello! I'm not sure I understand the issue so I want to clarify a couple things. So, you had some CC but removed them from mods completely. Then you downloaded and added completely different CC. Is that correct?
If there is no resource.cfg in the mods folder then one will be created automatically when you start a new game. One thing you could try is to move all your CC to a different folder. Maybe create a new folder on your desktop for them. Delete the resource file and launch the game. Then exit without saving. Double check your mods folder to make sure there is a new resource file and re-add your CC. Launch the game again and check your CC is there. If not, it could be that those particular CC items are no longer compatible with the game.
