Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When i open the game it glitches out and everything is messed up (words, photos)
What happens when the bug occurs? When i click on the three dots, it doesn’t show me any words it’s just random shapes.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the actual words like other game options save game or exit game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

The new update ruined sims for me, i’ve played for years. It makes me upset just looking at this game
now. I’ve wasted so much time and money and genuinely hope you guys change this back to normal. It’s took away any mod i’ve downloaded, it glitched out my game and it just looked bad.
