Before you do, please install TwistedMexi's ModGuard version 1.5 from his website. Please also read this post about why and make sure you don't have the mods listed here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mods-CC-Issues/CURRENT-ISSUE-Malicous-Script-Mods/m-p/13469910#M58950 They won't cause your in-game issue, but you mentioned having things you don't expect to see as script mods.
