Why does my house disappear when I go near it?

Okay so I load up into a household, and the house is there, but whenever the camera is near my house, it fades away, and then when I go outside of the house, it comes back, my Sims aren't able to go inside either and the different views (Walls Up/Down view and cutaway) don't work, so I literally cannot see inside, nor have my Sims do anything. Please help, thanks!

From your pics and description, what it looks like is that the game is acting like your sims don't own the house. So, try moving them out and then back in or to a different lot to see if your sims can enter and use their home.
