Why does stuff keep dissappearing in create a sim?

@PynkKitty Hello!  Are you using any filters in CAS?  If so, try removing the filters and see if the items show up.  There have been some issues with this lately, especially for some of the Special Delivery items.  It seems some items aren't properly tagged.  There is an open report about it here.

Thanks for the reply JonaO703. No there are no filters. I always get rid of those when browsing the inventory. I have tried using the specific pack search and things still aren't there. It's weird. Yesterday I went to update my current sims outfits and the male sim the new dressing gown was there but not for the female. It is really weird and frankly really grates. I have all the packs and if I have to either keep restoring licenses or the old uninstall/reinstall it's so time consuming. I do also find that some build items do the same. I only use the ps4 for sims since I spent so much money on it as my main console is Xbox. It does seem lately I am having so many problems with it. I always make sure to turn off the console fully after a new update or purchasing a new pack because it tends to freeze or crash. Every couple of minutes when in build mode I also have a weird laggy slow down. Maybe it's just the ps4 giving up the ghost. Maybe it's just time to move over to the Xbox. 

@PynkKitty Oh no!  I looked around for this issue and I'm not seeing it reported anywhere else.  I'm wondering if it could be specific to PS4, though I really don't know.  Perhaps you could take a look at some of the suggestions in the below thread for some ideas on troubleshooting.
