A fix for the save error was just released the other day. If you haven't updated your game please do so.

It didn't work! 😢 I tried clean booting my computer also, but as seen in the screenshot that I took after making over my sims career outfit, the apartment I had placed is gone, just like before. And save still is giving me an error code.
