Why isn't my sim showing up?

Hi guys!!

For the past 3 days, my sims haven't been showing up. The home screen just shows a silhouette and when I click on a household that I created, it looks as if I reset everything. I stopped using my mods, it didn't work. I created a new household, that didn't work either. I tried to repair the game through origin and that also didn't work. Is anybody else having this problem or has anybody else had this problem? If so, please please please tell me how you fixed it!
