It's probably one of your mods causing it or a conflict between them since all 4 of them appear to alter the game woohoo and pregnancy functions. It could just be how you've set each of the mod settings too so you might want to go through the settings on each mod and make sure they aren't working against each other. If that doesn't work, then the way to figure it out is to test each mod in a new game one at the time without any other mods or cc in your mods folder. Then if woohoo works for all 4, test them together by starting with 2 or them, test, add mod 3, test, and finally add the last one and test. You might want to test them a couple of times in different combinations too. If at any point, the woohoo options go away, then you've found which mod is not getting along with the rest.
Hope this helps.

I will try that out. Thank you!
- 4 years ago@CGrant56 okay I started a fresh save and went through all the mods the way you suggested. The settings are on default options and all the mods in every combination work together. They were able to woohoo until I left the lot and came back. The only cheat I used through MCCC was 'Make Happy' to cheat needs. They can no longer woohoo after getting back to their home lot.

Wow. That is so strange. If they can woohoo, then traveling shouldn't make a difference but evidently something doesn't like traveling. Really, the only thing I can suggest is to do some more testing. Did you try traveling while you testing the mod combinations? If you didn't, try that. But first let's make sure woohoo works in a vanilla game with no mods. Long shot, but it could be the game itself and you might just need to do a repair. So, try a new game with no mods in and see if you can woohoo before and after traveling. Then if everything works, start testing the mods again, and traveling between trying woohoo before and after you travel to see if one of them causes the woohoo to stop.
Just thinking of what else might cause something like this. Do you have any CC beds and/or separated mattresses and frames? Is the bed that you can't woohoo in one of them? If it is, you might want to test that by changing the bed to a game bed. You'll need to test that with your CC beds in and then again out of the mods folder to make sure it's not that. I use CC separated beds and mattresses and have had a couple of them get broken over the years so I know they can break. Usually, it was the mattress, but I also had one at one that that was a default replacement that broke. Those broke when they added the mattress upgrade options to the game beds. So, you need to check if any of them are default replacements where they replace a game bed in the catalog. And if you have a bunch of CC beds, you might want to check them all to see if the woohoo options disappear on all or it could just be a couple or even one (which might just be the one where the problem showed up).
One other thing you can test is move the sims to another lot and test there to see if woohoo works properly there. One possibility is it could be something about the lot that's doing it when you travel. I've had a couple of lots that broke on me. One was a Gallery download and the other was one I built in one save and moved to a later save. Both had all sorts of weirdness going on causing my game to crash. But replacing them with something else fixed it.
Hope this helps.
- 4 years ago@CGrant56 Hmm okay I can try again. I do have CC beds but all of them give the woohoo options. The action just doesn't go through after clicking the woohoo button. I did try with both the basegame beds and the CC bed I was using. I didn't realize they could default, so I will check that as well.
As far as lots and builds, this happened with 3 different lots and 2 of them were Gallery builds. One was an unaltered starter in Willow Creek.

I have the August 14th, 2024 update of & NOT EVEN THAT is working
I tried taking out EVERYTHING related to Pregnancy & Relationsips (No matter what it was & NOT EVEN THAT helps Had no Relationship Mods & that & Pregnancy Mods are the only known such conflicts so Relationships weren't even an issue as I've learned it's best to let the game control that)
I think (And I HATE to say it as I KNOW thight start a flame war as it's NOT intended so if you're going to respond with your flamethrower, don't bother responding AT ALL please) EA's efforts to be inclusive when it comes to sim relationships has hit a technical snag in the sense THEY BOTCHED THE BASE GAME CODING whereas NOT ONLY will ADULT Mods not work but NEITHER WILL ANYTHING ELSE (Or at least, they've BROKEN RTHE GAME whereas (THE SAFEST of ALL Adult Mods as without it, sims can only have GLORIFIED WOOHOO) won't even work BUT SIMS CANNOT EVEN WOOHOO
AM I SEEING THINGS??

@BachPatu Please test with no mods or CC at all. Exit Sims 4 then move (not copy) your Mods folder to your desktop or rename it. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.

I had the same issue. Come to find out it was the mod 'Woohoo Consent' by chingyu. Took it out of my game and now I have the options to woohoo again
- luthienrising9 months agoHero+
@madixias The mod is compatible with the game but incompatible with one MCCC setting. Check the instructions.

Ok, so I don’t really understand. I’m a new Sims 4 Modder, and I’m not really sure how all this works. All I know is that my Sims can’t Woohoo OR Try for Baby. Which is a problem since in my stories I’m starting families soon. None of my stories can continue without the kids, so what do you suggest I do. They won’t even give me the option to when I click on any of the woohoo places. And I have already ran multiple conflict scans and deleted mods messing with my game. Should I run more conflict scanners, or should I just remove all my mods(which is the last thing I’d do). PLEASES HELP😭😭.

For the Relationship and Pregnancy Overhaul mod to work (if that's one of the mods you have) you have to carefully read the instructions as there are some potential settings adjustments you need to make so as not to conflict with settings on other mods, especially MCCC, and you will end up with this issue. It is extremely important to read and reread mod instructions whenever you run into problems.
