Why won't my sims woohoo?!

@CGrant56 okay I started a fresh save and went through all the mods the way you suggested. The settings are on default options and all the mods in every combination work together. They were able to woohoo until I left the lot and came back. The only cheat I used through MCCC was 'Make Happy' to cheat needs. They can no longer woohoo after getting back to their home lot.
Wow. That is so strange. If they can woohoo, then traveling shouldn't make a difference but evidently something doesn't like traveling. Really, the only thing I can suggest is to do some more testing. Did you try traveling while you testing the mod combinations? If you didn't, try that. But first let's make sure woohoo works in a vanilla game with no mods. Long shot, but it could be the game itself and you might just need to do a repair. So, try a new game with no mods in and see if you can woohoo before and after traveling. Then if everything works, start testing the mods again, and traveling between trying woohoo before and after you travel to see if one of them causes the woohoo to stop.
Just thinking of what else might cause something like this. Do you have any CC beds and/or separated mattresses and frames? Is the bed that you can't woohoo in one of them? If it is, you might want to test that by changing the bed to a game bed. You'll need to test that with your CC beds in and then again out of the mods folder to make sure it's not that. I use CC separated beds and mattresses and have had a couple of them get broken over the years so I know they can break. Usually, it was the mattress, but I also had one at one that that was a default replacement that broke. Those broke when they added the mattress upgrade options to the game beds. So, you need to check if any of them are default replacements where they replace a game bed in the catalog. And if you have a bunch of CC beds, you might want to check them all to see if the woohoo options disappear on all or it could just be a couple or even one (which might just be the one where the problem showed up).
One other thing you can test is move the sims to another lot and test there to see if woohoo works properly there. One possibility is it could be something about the lot that's doing it when you travel. I've had a couple of lots that broke on me. One was a Gallery download and the other was one I built in one save and moved to a later save. Both had all sorts of weirdness going on causing my game to crash. But replacing them with something else fixed it.

- @CGrant56 Hmm okay I can try again. I do have CC beds but all of them give the woohoo options. The action just doesn't go through after clicking the woohoo button. I did try with both the basegame beds and the CC bed I was using. I didn't realize they could default, so I will check that as well.
As far as lots and builds, this happened with 3 different lots and 2 of them were Gallery builds. One was an unaltered starter in Willow Creek.Ok. That's a little different than what I thought was happening. I thought that the woohoo option on the beds had disappeared altogether when you returned from travel. Wasn't even there to click on. But from what you just said, the option is there on the bed and works before you travel. But after you travel, the woohoo option is still there but doesn't work. Two different things.
So, when you click the option after traveling, does the woohoo action ever show up in the queue or does it show in the queue and then disappear?
Have you tried woohooing in places other than a bed before and after traveling? Shower, rocket ship, observatory, etc. And does it fail in any of those places after you travel like it does with beds?
From your initial post, you've only had the game for a few weeks and that it only started doing this in the last few days. So, it was working fine at first. By chance, did you get the game and add the mods before the last game patch? Or have you added any other mods before this started happening? If it worked before the last patch and now doesn't, chances are something is outdated so you need to make sure you have the latest versions if that is the case. And if you added other mods, it could be one of them that is interfering.
I should have mentioned this sooner. When you add and remove mods and CC from the game, you should delete your localthumbcache.package file before starting the game. Especially when you remove things. Doing that seems to fix all sorts of things. The game will generate a new one as soon as you load in and it's safe to do. All you'll notice is that is takes a few seconds for the ingame thumbnails to regenerate. So, try deleting the file and see if it makes any difference.
Are you getting any Last Exceptions (LE)? Since you use MCCC, are you getting any MCCC LEs? The game generated LEs are hard to read but the MCCC LE will give you the same info in a readable format so that might give you a clue as to the cause. Just look in the folder where you have MCCC. It's an HTML file.
And have you tried repairing the game?
Tbh, I think what you have going on is a mod related conflict and the woohoo fail is a side effect of that. I looked up what all 4 you mentioned do and there are lots of similar features that probably use the same game resources and may be fighting over which one is in control. I did find a post from Lumpinou saying that you need to use an alternate version of their mod with WonderfulWhims so you might want to take a look to make sure you are using the correct version of that.
