@zurokqli2xki Since you do have mods, you'll need to test whether they're interfering by playing without them: Drag the Mods folder to your desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, and test in a new save.
I know it`s a bit late but I have this problem too, no mods/cc at all :/
@Sailormoon1236 Is it the same for all households?
