hi there
im trying to play with tray files in regards to rooms and ive downloaded some and when i go to gallery i can see it however when i place it in game it removes all the custom content in that room. i have custom content on and all that jazz, it just wont place in game. and it hasnt just happened with one room it happens with every single room that i download
how do i fix this ?

Do you have the CC the creator used in their upload? CC doesn’t transfer via the gallery thank goodness. You need to have it already installed in your Mods folder before downloading and placing the room/Lot/Household.
