Will MCCC take care of sims obsession with tea and coffee?

I know it is an old issue with sims obsessing over tea and coffee so I won't get into the problem unless asked, since I feel most people know what I'm referring to.

I took a long break and have forgotten a lot of stuff about MCCC, but I do seem to recall that I could set and value for how often sims used items (I used to do it for computers). But what I'm seeing now is either "on" or "off". Am I misremembering or do I need to look/read further into MCCC?

And if MCCC can't reduce the sims urges for tea and coffee, is there another mod that will?
