Won't let me age babies up into infants

Hi, I've just dowoaded the new expansion pack growing together but now it won't let me age my babies up into infants, everytime I try it just adds another baby into my house of the same baby if that ...

i’m still having this problem, babies just keep multiplying, won’t age to infants and i dont have MCCC. i have too many mods to do the 50/50 thing. really frustrating and im hoping someone finds out what the solution is soon):
