Work button not opening panel

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I click the find work option on the phone the panel doesn't show up
What happens when the bug occurs? The work panel doesnt show up meaning I can't work.

Okay so I recently installed the sims and added cc, the problem is that when i click the find job option on the phone the action resets and the work choice panel doesnt appear
